Disease-State Bone Marrow
Disease-State Bone Marrow can support research programs investigating hematopoiesis, stem and progenitor cells, disease biology, hematologic conditions, drug development, and translational research.
CGT Global can evaluate disease-state bone marrow projects based on diagnosis, donor criteria, collection volume, target cell population, and downstream processing requirements.
- Disease-state bone marrow sourcing based on project feasibility
- Whole bone marrow and bone marrow-derived cell populations
- Custom donor criteria and collection requirements can be evaluated
- Downstream mononuclear cell or CD34+ isolation may be available
- Custom processing and cell isolation options
- Healthy bone marrow material may also be available for control studies
Since our founding in 2010, CGT Global has pursued our mission to transform healthcare as we accelerate cell and gene therapy research and clinical trials, streamline the commercialization of new treatments, and map the last mile to patient access to these life-changing remedies. By innovating each stage in the cycle; development, commercialization, and delivery, we reduce the overall cost of the care and multiply access points so that millions can receive cutting edge, life-saving gene and cell therapies.
Description
CGT Global provides disease-state bone marrow aspirate and bone marrow-derived cells from qualified, characterized donors. These materials support hematology, immunology, oncology, stem cell, regenerative medicine, and drug development research.
Collections may be customized according to the requested disease indication, donor demographics, collection volume, anticoagulant, processing method, and shipping requirements. Bone marrow-derived mononuclear cells and isolated cell populations may also be available.
Key features:
• Fresh disease-state bone marrow aspirate
• Bone marrow mononuclear cells when available
• Characterized and recallable donors
• Custom donor and collection criteria
• Donor demographic and clinical information when available
• Fresh or cryopreserved formats depending on project requirements
• Prospective collection programs available
Disease-state bone marrow availability is limited and varies by diagnosis and donor eligibility. Contact our team for a feasibility review and current availability.
