Disease-State PBMCs

Disease-State PBMCs provide researchers with primary mononuclear immune cells from donors with relevant medical conditions for immunology, biomarker discovery, immune profiling, therapeutic development, disease modeling, and translational research.

CGT Global maintains cryopreserved PBMC and mononuclear cell inventory across selected autoimmune, oncology, infectious disease, and specialty donor populations.

  • Cryopreserved disease-state PBMCs and mononuclear cells
  • Selected autoimmune, oncology, infectious disease, and specialty donors
  • Suitable for flow cytometry, immune profiling, ELISpot, cytokine assays, and cell-based research
  • Donor-specific criteria can be evaluated
  • Healthy control PBMCs may be available for comparative studies
  • Custom sourcing can be evaluated when existing inventory does not meet study requirements

Since our founding in 2010, CGT Global has pursued our mission to transform healthcare as we accelerate cell and gene therapy research and clinical trials, streamline the commercialization of new treatments, and map the last mile to patient access to these life-changing remedies.  By innovating each stage in the cycle; development, commercialization, and delivery, we reduce the overall cost of the care and multiply access points so that millions can receive cutting edge, life-saving gene and cell therapies.

Description

CGT Global provides fresh and cryopreserved peripheral blood mononuclear cells from characterized disease-state donors. Disease-state PBMCs support immunology, cell-based assay development, biomarker discovery, drug development, and translational research.

Donor populations may include individuals with autoimmune, neurological, metabolic, oncological, allergic, and other medical conditions. Donor demographics, diagnosis information, treatment history, medications, and other clinical data may be available depending on the collection.

Key features:

• Fresh or cryopreserved PBMCs
• Characterized disease-state donors
• High-quality processing and controlled cryopreservation
• Donor demographic and clinical information when available
• Custom vial formats and cell quantities
• Recallable donors for repeat or longitudinal collections
• Custom prospective collections available
