Description

Whole human peripheral blood from Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) donors is collected in sterile vacutainer tubes containing the anticoagulant EDTA. Vacutainer tubes allow for efficient and easy processing of whole blood in smaller volumes as compared to whole blood bags.

Blood was obtained using Institutional Review Board (IRB) approved consent forms and protocols.
