Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells
PBMCs (Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells) are immune cells that have a single nucleus and are found in the bloodstream. PBMCs include key components of the immune system such as:
- Lymphocytes: This group includes T cells, B cells, and natural killer (NK) cells, which play vital roles in adaptive and innate immunity.
- Monocytes: These cells can differentiate into macrophages or dendritic cells and are involved in phagocytosis and immune regulation.
PBMCs are widely used in research and clinical studies to investigate immune responses, disease mechanisms, and drug effects because they are easily isolated from blood samples.
NOTE: We currently do not offer any GMP PBMNCs.
