Peripheral Blood Mobilized Leukopaks are collected from healthy donors that are injected with Plerixafor (MOZOBIL®), G-CSF (Neupogen®), or a combination of both, which stimulates the migration of CD34+ stem cells and progenitor cells into the bloodstream, allowing for enriched CD34+ hematopoietic stem cells to be collected via leukapheresis.
